Stellicast Site-Wide Content Rules
Last updated: March 29, 2026
While Stellicast encourages free speech, we enforce certain site-wide rules to keep the platform safe and enjoyable for everyone.
Site-Wide Rules
-
Do not break the law
Do not violate any applicable law, regulation, or court order. Do not infringe or misappropriate any third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights). -
Do not upload harmful, abusive, or explicit content
Do not post content that is illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive. Do not post hateful, harassing, threatening, or violence-inciting material. Do not post sexually explicit or suggestive content of any kind, including any depiction of minors in a sexual context. Do not post excessively graphic or violent content. -
Do not exploit or harm others
Do not engage in bullying, stalking, doxxing, or targeted harassment of any individual or group. Do not impersonate any real person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with one. -
Do not compromise security or integrity
Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or to other users' accounts. Do not distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious code. Do not interfere with or disrupt the normal functioning of the Service. -
Do not circumvent technical measures
Do not bypass, disable, or interfere with any security features or content protections without our explicit permission. Do not use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or collect data from the Service in ways that burden our infrastructure or violate our policies. -
Do not misuse AI content
Do not misrepresent AI-generated content as entirely human-made where our policy requires disclosure. Do not use AI or automation to mass-generate spam, low-quality content, or deceptive material. -
Do follow sector rules when uploading content
When uploading or moving content to a sector, follow the sector rules. In the event a sector rule conflicts with a site-wide rule, the site-wide rules take precedence.
Stellicast reserves the right—but not the obligation*—to review, moderate, or remove User Content or accounts that are believed to violate these Terms or applicable law. Sector moderators also share responsibility for enforcing sector and site-wide rules on their sectors. Active sectors that do not reliably enforce rules will be terminated. Sectors whose core use or purpose breaks site-wide rules or terms of use will be terminated.
* While we will try our best to moderate content, we cannot guarantee that we will always be able to do so.
Moderation and Enforcement
We may enforce these Terms in various ways, including:
- Removing or restricting access to specific content.
- Limiting certain account features or functionality.
- Suspending or terminating accounts, channels, or sectors.
- Reporting illegal content or activity to relevant authorities when required or appropriate.
